I am a  BCBA and Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) with excellent teaming, problem solving and communication skills, and am committed to providing exceptional service through collaboration, modeling, coaching and consultation to increase skills and decrease barriers for the clients (students, educators and administrators) that I serve. My vocational passions include: Data Based Decision-Making, Collaborative Problem Solving, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support, Specially Designed Instruction in the Social Emotional and Behavioral domain, Applied Behavior Analysis, specifically as it relates to a school setting, Verbal Behavior, Special Education Law and the Individual with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
