This is for BD associates in secondary spaces. You will learn tools and strategies to help support associates work with SEL students. This training will focus on students who require a Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP). We will cover what a BIP is, how to read one, and how to ensure implementation. We will also build your toolbox with typical strategies that can be used in supporting students with explicit behaviors and learners that appear to be disengaged. Please bring with you a copy of a BIP from a student that you are currently supporting.
